IMPORTANT NOTE:
Registration for the LHWA~Canyon Ranch Active Series is limited and a waiting list is maintained each month. If you are registered and unable to attend, please be so kind as to submit cancellation at your earliest convenience.

Tickets for the Event:
Prior registration is required, however it is not necessary to bring a printed ticket to the event.

Parking Information:
Due to the ongoing construction on Cherry Avenue in the vicinity of the Thomas W. Keating Bioresearch Building, it is our recommendation that all participants park in the lot east of the building. Directions to the parking lot east of the building are as follows:  Heading south on Campbell Avenue from Grant Road, turn right on Helen Street (north of Speedway Blvd.). When you approach the intersection of Helen Street and Martin Avenue, you will see a parking lot entrance. Park in that lot and walk west toward a large white metal structure and the building will be on your left. Parking is free.

All sessions are taught by nationally certified fitness and movement professionals from Canyon Ranch Health Resort in Tucson, Arizona. Each class is designed to offer those affected with arthritis the ability to learn and practice varying modalities of exercise and movement in a supportive environment. In addition, all classes offer a seated option and modifications for those with mobility-related conditions. Class size is limited to maximize participant experience and to provide a safe environment.
