Presenters:

Joshua M. Sharfstein, MD, is Associate Dean for Public Health Practice and Training and faculty in Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Ivo Abraham, PhD, MS, is Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the College of Pharmacy and in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the College of Medicine at the University of Arizona. He is a member of the University of Arizona Center for Health Outcomes and PharmacoEconomic Research and the Cancer Center.
Ali McBride, PharmD, MS, is Clinical Coordinator of Hematology/Oncology of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona Cancer Center. He currently serves as Secretary of the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC).
