In addition, he specializes in evaluation and management of pleural diseases with minimally invasive procedures such as ultrasound guided thoracentesis, indwelling pleural catheters and thoracoscopy with pleurodesis. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a member of the American Thoracic Society, American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology and Miller-Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence at Johns Hopkins.
