Human Leukocyte Antigen

The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) gene complex is well known for its association with type I diabetes and ankylosing spondylitis. Our work seeks to understand the full phenotypic impact of HLA variants and to drive mechanistic insights into their farraginous associations.
