I’d like to invite you to a UA College of Medicine – Tucson meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in DuVal Auditorium to discuss the University of Arizona and UA Health Sciences strategic plans. Lunch will be provided; food service will start at 11:15 a.m. with the program beginning promptly at 11:30 a.m.
If you are able to attend, please RSVP to reserve your space:
The collective input of nearly 10,000 UA stakeholders over the past eight months has led to the current UA draft plan, which outlines a clear vision for our institution and defines our shared ambitions.
The health sciences strategic plan is also moving forward at an accelerated pace, and this ambitious work will help us refine the university’s strategic themes, goals, and specific initiatives we will strive toward and implement over the next 5-10 years.
At our meeting, we will share an update on the process with details of both plans, and offer an important opportunity for you to provide input on UA’s organizational health.
More importantly, I hope this meeting can inspire our work and help us begin to forge critical linkages, collaborations, and relationships that will effectively integrate these strategic plans.
If you are unable to attend this session, you may WATCH IT LIVE! (via videoconferencing online):
I hope you will follow the strategic planning and implementation progress at strategicplan.arizona.edu and the health sciences strategic plan or via upcoming campus communications.
Thank you for your participation in this process. I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, Oct. 2.
