Objectives:

  1. Distinguish the characteristics of severe versus non-severe hypoglycemic events.
  2. Summarize the range of observed hypoglycemia incidence and risk factors.
  3. Describe potential behavioral changes associated with a non-severe hypoglycemic event in older adults with type 2 diabetes.

Target Audience: Physicians, nurses, social workers, other health-care professionals and interested community members
