Joshua Lee, MD

Joshua Lee, MD is a Physician Executive with Banner-University Medicine Tucson.  As Physician Executive for B-UMD Tucson, Dr. Lee provides senior physician leadership to our physicians and residents, vision and direction to promote excellence in customer care, practice efficiency and strong financial stewardship across our entity.  Dr. Lee joins us from Loyola University Medical Center/Loyola Medicine in Illinois, where he most recently served as chief medical officer.  Before that, he held several physician leadership roles such as chief information officer for Keck Medicine at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and roles at UC San Diego Health System including chief medical information officer and medical director of Information Services.  Dr. Lee earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco and completed his residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
