This week's Grand Rounds is a Department sponsored designated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, geared toward University students, residents/fellows, faculty and staff.  This one-hour presentation reviews microaggressions as a form of unconscious bias and discusses strategies to combat the effects of microaggressions.  The DEI credit will count as 1hr.
