Confronting Workforce Shortages and Health Worker Well-Being
The NAM’s Clinician Well-Being Collaborative is holding a hybrid event on Confronting Workforce Shortages and Health Worker Well-Being: Harnessing Lessons from Rural Health Settings, co-hosted with the Council for Medical Specialty Societies and the University of Kansas Medical Center. This convening will be in Kansas City and livestreamed for the public on Monday, Dec. 4, at 11AM-4PM CT (10 AM-3PM AZT).
Attendees will discuss how to apply innovative strategies related to team-based integrated care, technology, and DEI to achieve the quintuple aim in light of the current state of the health workforce.
