  • Recognize the signs and symptoms of and differentiate between dementia, delirium, and depression in older adults.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify and diagnose
  • Implement individualized management strategies for dementia, delirium, and depression, and 
  • Integrate mentation into comprehensive care plans, ensuring that interventions align with patient goals, minimize harm, and enhance quality of life
