About the Presenter:
Pedro L. Flores, PhD, MAS, CCRP, is the founder of Therapy Professionals, where he intertwines clinical expertise with restorative justice principles. As lead trainer for the AAMC’s restorative justice initiatives, he fosters inclusive health care cultures. For 25 years, Dr. Flores has blended healing and administration, dismantling clinical hierarchies.
Using case studies and research outcomes, Dr. Flores will discuss the impact health care harm has on patients, providers, learners and the entire system.
