Presenter: Dr. Muhammad Husnain was born and raised in Multan, Pakistan. He went to medical school at the King Edward Medical University, Lahore, Pakistan. After graduating from medical school in 2009, he worked in Pakistan for some time and then came to United States in 2013. Dr. Husnain finished his residency in internal Medicine in June 2017 from the University of Arizona, South campus. Then he went to the University of Miami for his hematology/oncology fellowship. After finishing his fellowship in June 2020, Dr. Husnain joined the University of Arizona Cancer Center as an assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology, University of Arizona Department of Medicine. His main area of interest is Multiple Myeloma and related blood disorders. He also practices Hematopoietic stem cell transplant and cellular therapies as a means of curing patients with lymphoma, leukemia, and many other blood disorders. Dr. Husain believes in providing compassionate care for his patients.
