Presenters:
Dr. Leigh Callahan is the Mary Link Briggs Distinguished Professor of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology, and associate director of the Thurston Arthritis Research Center and director of the Osteoarthritis Action Alliance at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, N.C.
Dr. Callahan will be speaking specifically on: “Disparities in Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis Prevalence and Outcomes.”
Dr. Ernest Vina is an associate professor and Rheumatology Fellowship Program director in the Division of Rheumatology, and a member of the UArizona Arthritis Center at the UArizona College of Medicine – Tucson and Banner – University Medicine Tucson.
Dr. Vina will be presenting specifically on: “Disparities in Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis Management – Exploring the Evidence.”
