2016-17 Nephrology Fellows Graduate with Great Fanfare

UA Nephrology Fellowship Program graduates, friends, family & facultyThe graduation of four fellows from the University of Arizona Division of Nephrology was celebrated in mid-June at the Arizona Inn, along with a fifth fellow who'll complete his training this fall.

The graduates included: Mohamad Altriki, MD, Anjuman Howlader, MD, Hassan Khan, MD, and Benjamin Sarsah, MD.

Drs. Altriki, Howlader and Khan (middle row of photos below) completed their training June 30. Drs. Anjuman Howlader and Prabir Roy-Chaudhury, Nephrology Division ChiefDr. Sarsah (far left in last photo, third row below) graduated in January but was included in the ceremony, as was Kamron Saleem, MD (middle photo, first row below), who officially completes his training Oct. 3.

The fellows also presented Nephrology Fellowship Program Director and UA Department of Medicine Vice Chair of Education Amy Sussman, MD, with an award.
