Banner – University Medicine marked its second anniversary recently with release of a video of physicians and staff stating what they’re proud of in the two years since the merger of Banner Health and University of Arizona Health Network created the new UA partnership and Banner’s academic medicine division.

The rescheduled UA-Banner Academic Management Council Town Hall will be held Monday, April 24, noon-1 p.m., in Banner – UMC Tucson’s DuVal Auditorium. All BUMG and UA physicians and faculty are encouraged to attend.
The AMC, chaired by UA College of Medicine – Tucson Dean Charles Cairns, MD, and Kathy Bollinger, executive vice president, Banner – University Medicine, oversees the activities and operations of the statewide academic division. Stop by to ask questions and get the latest information on the AMC’s goals for 2017 and opportunities for faculty engagement.
