Orientation Activities Welcome the Class of 2023

The UA College of Medicine – Tucson will welcome its newest class of medical students to the MedCat community on July 22. The goal of Orientation Week is to develop a sense of professional identity, community and collegiality. Each day is filled with activities to help the students become familiar with the UA Health Sciences campus.

A highlight for the week will be the traditional White Coat Ceremony, where incoming students will be presented at the UA Centennial Hall with their first white coats as future physicians in training. This will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, July 26. Tickets are required. Faculty are encouraged to support the program with a donation. Learn more here.
