The Division of Cardiology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson and Banner – University Medicine Tucson will soon enjoy a new clinic site located between Kolb Road and Pima Street on Tanque Verde Road near the turnoff from Wilmot Road.

The new 11,000-square-foot Banner – University Medicine Cardiology Clinic can be found at 6365 E. Tanque Verde Road, Ste. 100, Bldg. E, Tucson, AZ 85715. It features 16 state-of-the-art exam rooms, one pacemaker/device room, one cardiac stress room and two echocardiogram procedure rooms. It’s anticipated opening is by early July. This new clinic is just around the corner from Banner Cardiovascular Center – Tanque Verde at 6377 E. Tanque Verde Road, Ste. 102, which is an ambulatory surgery center offering outpatient cardiovascular procedures to those in Southern Arizona.
The nearby busy commercial interchange where these facilities lie offers excellent access for midtown and foothills patients in Tucson.

Medical director for the clinic will be interventional cardiologist Craig A. Hoover, MD. The clinic’s associate director is Catharine Nolan Belanger, MBA, CMPE, who has a long career in health care practice administration.
