The Office of the Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Medicine has released its latest schedule of Faculty Instructional Development sessions covering February, March and April 2025.
In all, there will be seven sessions during this Winter-Spring period: three in February and two each in March and April. Two are in person, including one on Valentine’s Day and another the day after April Fool’s Day.
These FID sessions are open and available for any DOM faculty member to attend as well as affiliated VA faculty in DOM. There are one 45-minute session, two 30-minute sessions and four one-hour sessions.

Amy Sussman, MD, vice chair for education and Internal Medicine Clerkship Director in the Department of Medicine, a professor in the Division of Nephrology, and program director of the Nephrology Fellowship, will lead two of the sessions, including the Valentine’s Day one.
