Before joining the faculty of the Division of Geriatric, General Internal Medicine and Palliative Medicine in 2016, Susan Cassidy, ANP, worked for Pulmonary Associates of Southern Arizona in Tucson. Prior to that, she worked in cardiac rehabilitation for Tucson Medical Center, cardiovascular services for the Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minn.) and the cardiothoracic ICU at St. Mary's Hospital (Rochester, Minn.). She previously worked at University Medical Center, in Tucson, as a staff nurse from 1985-87, and had been a research nurse and cardiovascular rehab program coordinator here before that. She's a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the honor society of nursing, and the American Academy of Nurse Pratitioners.
