This lecture is hosted by the University of Arizona Center on Aging Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program in conjunction with the Division of Geriatrics, General Internal Medicine and Palliative Medicine, Department of Medicine, UA College of Medicine - Tucson.

  1. Understand common ailments faced by hospitalized older adults.
  2. Know how to recognize and treat in-hospital delirium.
  3. Describe prevention strategies to minimize complications for hospitalized older adults.
