Iyad S. Mansour, MBChB

Iyad Mansour, MBChB, completed his medical school training at Egypt’s Misr University of Science and Technology, near Cairo, and received internal medicine training at the Islamic Hospital in Amman, Jordan. He then worked at King Hussain Cancer Center in Amman as a hospitalist in a bone marrow transplant unit. Dr. Mansour moved to the United States in 2013, and completed his residency training in internal medicine at the University of Arizona in July 2016. He started his nephrology training in 2014, when he was selected by the UA Division of Nephrology as an outstanding nephrology resident.  He is now a fellow receiving advanced training in the same division and subspecialty.

Research Interests: 

Dr. Mansour’s research interest includes glomerulonephritis , electrolytes disturbance and diabetic kidney disease.
