Kamaldeep Singh, MD

A native of Chandigarh, India, Dr. Kamaldeep Singh joined the University of Arizona College of Mediciine – Tucson faculty in 2018. A hospitalist, he earned his medical degree from Spartan Health Sciences University, in Laborie, Saint Lucia, after studying at California State University, East Bay (Hayward, Calif.), the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Massasoit College in Brockton, Mass. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and James J. Peters VA Medical Center in New York City. His research experience includes being a research coordinator for Drs. Miroslav Radulovic and Mark Korsten at the National Center of Excellence for the Medical Consequences of Spinal Cord Injury, James J. Peters VA Medical Center, a research associate for Dr. Rajvir Dahiya at the Northern California Institute for Research and Education, University of California, San Francisco, and a volunteer research associate at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and University of California, San Diego. He also did clinical observerships in internal medicine and gastroenterology at Washington Hospital in Fremont, Calif., and in internal medicine and family medicine with Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. Dr. Singh is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support/Basic Life Support and Emergency Neurological Life Support. He speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.
