Dr. Abdulkadir is a professor of urology and pathology; The John T. Grayhack, MD, Professor in Urological Research; Director, Center for Urologic Oncology; Vice Chair for Research in Urology; Co-Director of Cancer Global Health at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Evanston, Ill.
He earned his medical degree from Ahmadu Bellow University in Zaria, Nigeria, and a doctorate in immunology from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. He completed his residency and a fellowship in clinical pathology at Barnes Jewish Hospital, which is affiliated with the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in pathology at Washington University.
