Title: Dissecting the Hydra
Nancy Sein, DO received her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from University of California Davis. After receiving her bachelor degree, she worked at University of California San Francisco Cancer Center as a research assistant performing laboratory work for research in renal cell carcinoma for 4 years. She received Health Professional Scholarship from United States Army and attended Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sein trained at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston in Texas during her residency. Upon completion of her residency in internal medicine she served as a staff internist, a flight surgeon, and an officer in charge of soldier centered clinic in Fort Huachuca, Arizona for 2 years. Afterwards, she completed a fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Rheumatology. Dr. Sein is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. She is currently serving in the United States Army as a staff rheumatologist at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas.
