Monica has been a biostatistician with the UA Health Sciences Asthma and Airway Disease Research Center and its predecessor, the Arizona Respiratory Center, since 2011, and was operations manager of its asthma clinical research unit from 2005-15. In addition, she was a research fellow, Excellence in Partnership for Community Outreach, Research on Health Disparities and Training (Project EXPORT), and graduate research assistant with the UA Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health from 2005-7.
