Dr. Shubha Kollampare hails from Kerala, a state in southern India, and pursued her medical training at the Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India. In 2015, she completed her residency training in internal medicine at the University of Arizona (Tucson Campus) and was named Resident of the Year in the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System. She then served as chief resident in internal medicine (2015-16). In 2018, she completed her fellowship training in rheumatology at the UA. Her post-graduation plans included a private practice on the East Coast. Dr. Kollampare is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Karnataka Medical Association.
