Shawn Ong, a medical student at the UA College of Medicine - Tucson, was first up to declare where he was headed for his physician residency on Friday, March 18, during the National Resident Matching Program announcements held simultaneously at medical schools across the country.

TUCSON, Ariz. – Fourth-year University of Arizona medical student Shawn Ong danced across the stage of DuVal Auditorium Friday after opening his Match Day envelope to learn he will be doing his residency training in internal medicine at Yale – New Haven Hospital.
University of Arizona researchers are part of a national team selected to further flexible hybrid electronics research that could reshape entire industries, from the electronic wearable devices market, to medical health monitoring systems, to the ubiquitous sensing of the world around us.

Dr. Lebensohn is a board certified family physician that has additional training in psychiatry, family therapy and integrative medicine.
She joined the Family and Community Medicine department in 1993 and has functioned in different roles, co-director of the Behavioral Health Program for the residency, Residency Program Director from 1999-2007 and Associate Head for Clinical Affairs 2003-2007.
Dr. Steven Gurgevich is a licensed psychologist specializing in Mind/Body Medicine. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine, within the Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Gurgevich also continues his thirty-six years of private practice at Behavioral Medicine, Ltd. and Sabino Canyon Integrative Medicine, LLC. in Tucson, Arizona.
