As the University of Arizona Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is the largest division in the Department of Medicine, it overlaps with multiple other medical disciplines here at the University of Arizona Health Sciences and Banner – University Medicine. Interventional Pulmonary Program
Interventional pulmonology focuses on the use of minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat lung cancer, airway disorders, chronic lung diseases and pleural diseases such as congestive heart failure.
