Congratulations to Dr. Ruslav Rafikov and Varvara Zemskova, daughter of Dr. Evgeny Zemskov, for honors as participants in the University of Arizona “On Our Own Time” (OOOT) art exhibit sponsored by the National Arts Program. The Division of Endocrinology’s Dr. Rafikov took the Best of Show award for his desert photo “Small Talk,” while Zemskova won an honorable mention for one of two handmade dolls.
