The Bressler-Alpert Society Travel Award was created in August 2012 through the generosity of current and former faculty and alumni of the department. The award supports the educational mission of the department by funding travel for medical students, residents and fellows in internal medicine when presenting the findings of their high-quality research developed here at academic meetings across the country and world.

To date, more than 40 people have been awarded travel assistance funds since the society’s inception. You can see the “roll call” of faces with their projects and where they presented at this link.
