Pain Clinics Could Cut Down on Opioid Use, UA Team Finds Pain specialists at the University of Arizona and Banner – University Medicine are trying to reduce the use of opioids for patients suffering from chronic non-cancer pain by utilizing alternatives and complementary methods, and a large array of pain intervention procedures.
