Inflammatory Bowel Disease in the ElderlyDr. Sasha Taleban’s research focuses on clinical characterization and management of patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis—also known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)—at an advanced age.

In addition, he has an interest in improvement of health care delivery and is involved in multiple studies advancing the care of our patients with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and other GI disorders.

Finally, he has expanded the clinical trials section in the Division of Gastroenterology and serves as the principal investigator in multiple drug studies.
