In addition, find out where dermatology and internal medicine residents from the UA College of Medicine – Tucson matched into fellowships elsewhere.

“The growing strength of our fellowship programs is reflected in the quality of candidates accepted for advanced training in all internal medicine subspecialties at the UA College of Medicine – Tucson,” said Amy Sussman, MD, vice chair of education and clerkship director, UA Department of Medicine; director, UA Nephrology Fellowship Program, and an associate professor of medicine. “I should point out that's now up to 17 approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education with the addition of two more last year—the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship.”
