Forty-three percent of athletes surveyed said they get less than seven hours of sleep a night.
College athletes are not getting enough sleep, but a simple intervention built around education and support could go a long way in improving sleep quality and, in turn, athletic performance, University of Arizona researchers said during the 2017 NCAA Convention in Nashville, Tennessee.

Banner Health acquiring Tucson home health agency
Banner Health announced earlier this month that it would be purchasing SunLife Home Health, a Medicare-certified home health agency in Tucson that has been providing skilled nursing and physical, occupational and speech therapy in the Tucson area since 2010. The transaction is expected to close on Jan. 31, pending regulatory and other approvals.
