Native American Cancer Prevention Issues Call for Funding Proposals

To identify collaborative cancer-related research projects for funding to start Sept. 1, 2019 (pending NIH approval), the Partnership for Native American Cancer Prevention invites Letters of Intent from interested investigator teams. UA Cancer Center Team Identifies a Switch that May Help Target Dormant Cancer Cells Cells can enter a dormant state called quiescence, and dormant cancer cells are resistant to chemotherapy and other treatments.
