After 46 years and more than 200,000 surgical procedures, Banner – University Medical Center Tucson closed its 18 operating rooms in its original hospital building Sunday night and opened 20 state-of-the-art surgical suites in the hospital’s new Tower 1.
The Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME) at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson has received reaccreditation with commendation from the national Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
Building upon a long tradition of mutual support, the University of Arizona Arthritis Center once again will team up with the UA Department of Intercollegiate Athletics for the 2019 University of Arizona Arthritis Center Bear Down Luncheon to benefit the Center and its research efforts. This event is sponsored by Desert Diamond Casinos and Entertainment.
The University of Arizona Genetic Counseling Graduate Program has been accredited with “new-program status” by the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling.
